Breakfast Cookie

Our idea of the perfect breakfast “on the go”. Basically, we took the ingredients you’d use in your morning oatmeal and turned them into a big-ass cookie. It’s packed with rolled oats, ground flax, coconut flakes, dates, maple syrup, peanut butter, and more. Of all the bakery’s items, this is the one we eat the most regularly. It’s hearty, soft, filling, not overly sweet, free of refined sugar, unique (with a hint of cardamom!) and sooooo comforting with an oat milk latte. 


Ingredients: Gluten-free oats, spelt flour, dates, coconut, millet, coconut oil, peanut butter, maple syrup, flax seed, vanilla, cinnamon, baking soda, sea salt, spices.
