This is our humble—yet decadent—beginning. When our founder, Erin, first tested this recipe on her friends, their feedback was unanimous: “This is the best banana bread I’ve ever had.” The top of the loaf is garnished with a generous serving of chocolate and salted toasted macadamia nuts. But the best part (in our opinion) is the soft, moist, somehow-buttery center made from a magical combination of hand-peeled bananas (our loaf’s most plentiful ingredient, which also adds natural sweetness), olive oil, tons of cinnamon, and vanilla. If you are a first time tryer, ask for a middle piece—it’s the best.
