Earl Grey Lemon Cake

A four-layer earl grey lemon cake made with not-too-sweet lemon Swiss meringue buttercream and moist earl grey cake sponge. Its exterior is fully frosted and textured. On top, we finish this fragrant cake with dollops of lemon buttercream and cornflower petals. We offer a complimentary personal message on top of the cake written in our signature printed (non-cursive) font, which is using a double-layered style using vanilla (white) and lemon (yellow) buttercream. 

Store your cake at room temperature and please remove from the fridge at least three hours before serving so it comes to room temperature (the cake should not be served cold). 

This cake is 100% vegan and contains gluten, soy, corn and chickpea. May contain traces of all nuts.
