Vanilla Raspberry Cake

Our best-selling cake made with vanilla sponge, raspberry compote between each layer and not-too-sweet vanilla Swiss meringue buttcream. It's topped with pink and white icing dollops and freeze-dried raspberries. We offer a complimentary personal message on top of the cake written in our signature printed (non-cursive) font, which is using a double-layered style using white and pink buttercream. 

Store your cake at room temperature and please remove from the fridge at least three hours before serving so it comes to room temperature (the cake should not be served cold). 

This cake is 100% vegan and contains gluten, soy, corn and chickpea. May contain traces of all nuts.
